With the CEC Service Upgrade, you will have access to a Chartered Loss Adjuster to achieve the fairest settlement and to challenge any adverse decisions.

JCB Insurance can offer 3 levels of service alongside your insurances:

• SILVER - £50 per annum
  10 hours claims support including 1 site visit
• GOLD - £140 per annum
  30 hours claims support including multiple site visits
• PLATINUM - £380 per annum
  Unlimited claims support; mandatory 1% fee applicable

This service cannot be used in connection with motor claims.
